When Sandy Walks began, it wasn’t just about walking dogs. It was about creating calmer, happier days, for dogs and their people alike. What started as a simple idea, born from a deep love for animals and time spent outdoors, has grown into a small but heartfelt local business built on trust, care, and connection.
How it all started
Like many good things, Sandy Walks started with one dog and one walk. Over time, those daily outings turned into something more: a way to bring peace of mind to busy owners, and joyful structure to dogs who thrive on routine, nature, and companionship.
Based in Sandweiler, Sandy walks is slowly expanding its paws to Contern, Moutfort, Schrassig, Neuhäusgen, and Schuttrange, offering both private dog walks and home-style daycare in a calm, controlled setting.

At Sandy Walks, every dog is treated like family.
the belief is in small groups, familiar faces, and lots of individual attention. No crowded kennels, no stress, just calm energy, gentle structure, and positive routines. Whether your dog joins for a walk or spends the day at home with matthew, they’re in safe hands and good company.
The journey so far
The past months have been full of learning, muddy paws, wagging tails, and wonderful conversations with local owners. Each walk and each new friendship has shaped Sandy Walks into what it is today, a small business with a big heart.
Sandy walks has recently launched it's new website, making it easier for you to discover it's services, learn about it's approach, and get in touch to schedule a meet & greet. The goal has always been to make caring for your dog simple, personal, and trustworthy, and this new space helps do just that.
